Welcome to DJ Handy Rides, your trusted transportation partner. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DJ Handy Rides, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

DJ Handy Rides provides a technology platform that enables users to request and schedule transportation services from independent third-party drivers ("Drivers"). DJ Handy Rides is not a transportation provider, nor do we employ Drivers. All Drivers are independent contractors.

3. User Accounts

To use the services, you must register and maintain an active account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Payments

Riders agree to pay all applicable fees for rides scheduled or completed through the Platform. Fees include:

• Base fare

• Distance/time-based charges

• Taxes and applicable surcharges

• Cancellation or no-show fees (if applicable)

Payments will be processed automatically via the selected payment method. All transactions are final unless otherwise determined by DJ Handy Rides.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

You may cancel a ride before it is accepted by a driver at no charge. Cancellations after driver acceptance may incur a fee. If a driver arrives and you are not present after a reasonable wait time, a no-show fee may apply.

6. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Treat Drivers and other users respectfully;

• Not engage in unlawful, disruptive, or dangerous behavior;

• Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these conduct rules.

7. Driver Conduct and Safety

DJ Handy Rides requires all Drivers to pass background checks and vehicle inspections. However, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or ability of any Driver. Users accept rides at their own risk.

In case of an emergency or inappropriate driver behavior, contact local authorities immediately and report the issue to DJ Handy Rides through our support channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

DJ Handy Rides is not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage arising from use of the service;

• Any unauthorized access to user data;

• Any delays or failures in service due to external circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Handy Rides' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past three (3) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DJ Handy Rides, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform;

• Violation of these Terms;

• Infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with an effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law
